MVA/DUI
September 15, 2023, At 10 p.m., Officer Bryan Vega patrolled in the area of Rt. 70, observed two vehicles in the roadway. Donna Martinez, 65, from Moonachie, NJ was arrested and charged with the following: DWI, Possession of CDS, Assault by Auto, Possession/Drug Paraphernalia, and other CDS violations.
Officers Daniel Hourigan, Michael Milano, Julian Guzman, and Anthony D’Angelo assisted in the investigation.
DRUGS
September 16, 2023, At 6 a.m., Officer Adam Rihacek in the area of Clifton Avenue observed Sergeant Tyler Distefano stop and speak to an unknown party advising of a fight nearby. The officers made contact with the individuals involved in the reported altercation. In plain view officers observed CDS being held by Gadiel Molina Andrade, 29, from Jackson, NJ in his hand. He was arrested and charged with the following: Possession of CDS.
Officers Michael Villalba, Nicholas Romeo, Anthony Prisco, Daniel Hourigan, and Julian Guzman.
WANTED PERSON
September 16, 2023, At 5 p.m., Officer Robert Meyer Jr. patrolled in the area of Hurley Avenue and observed Cindy Roggenkamp, 44, from Bayville NJ driving, and had dispatch check for warrants. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant and suspended license for Roggenkamp. The officer conducted a traffic stop and recognized the passenger Donald Tally, 44, from Manchester NJ. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant for Tally as well. Tally was arrested and brought into Headquarters for processing and Roggenkamp was ROR and given multiple summonses.
Officer Jacob Matthews and Bryan Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.
DWI
September 18, 2023, At 3:30 a.m., Officer Bryan Vega patrolling the area of 200 River Avenue, observed a vehicle running in the parking lot of 7-Eleven. The 0fficer approached the vehicle and Silvino Carpio-Cruz, 47, from Lakewood, NJ was sleeping in the driver seat, and in plain view, there were open alcoholic beverages. Caprio-Cruz was arrested and charged with the following: DWI, Careless Driving, Unlicensed driver, and open Alcoholic Beverage in the vehicle.
Officers Richard Wendell Hunter, Richard Uriarte, and Anthony Prisco assisted in the investigation.

August 31, 2023, The Lakewood Street Crimes Unit was in the area of Madison Avenue and observed drug activity. Christian J. Santiago, 38, from Whiting, NJ, and Diana Ruiz, 41, from Lakewood, NJ were arrested and charged with various CDS charges.
Detective Sergeant Nate Reyes, Detectives Tyler Bennett, Alex Guzman Jr., and Officers Joseph Rusk, and Nicholas Romeo assisted in the investigation.
