On Thursday, November 3, 2022 at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart located in Newark, N.J., Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin Archbishop of Newark honored in special memory the 21ST Anniversary 9/11 of Law Enforcement Personnel, Senior Correctional Police Officer Daniel Sincavage; Port Authority Police Officer Anthony Varvaro; Middletown Police Detective Lieutenant Joseph Capriotti; and Paterson Police Lieutenant Frank Petrelli.
The Cardinal also remembered all fallen officers at the ceremony:
