November 8, 2023, at 3 a.m., Officer Eric Stefanelli was on New Egypt Road and observed a vehicle in the middle of the road obstructing the roadway. Allan Ruizmayorga, 44, from Jackson, N.J. was arrested for DWI. He was charged with the following charges: Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, and Open alcoholic beverage.
