DWI
November 8, 2023, at 3 a.m., Officer Eric Stefanelli was on New Egypt Road and observed a vehicle in the middle of the road obstructing the roadway. Allan Ruizmayorga, 44, from Jackson, N.J. was arrested for DWI. He was charged with the following charges: Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, and Open alcoholic beverage.
Officers Anthony D’Angelo, Dawry Desangles, and John Ganley assisted in the investigation.
WANTED
November 10, 2023, at noon, Officer Jeffrey Emmons was notified by the Brick Police Department of an active warrant for John Dew, 51, from Trenton, NJ. Lakewood Dispatch confirmed the warrant and Dew was subsequently arrested.
Officer Joseph Soriano assisted in the investigation.
WANTED
November 10, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., Officer Matthew McAvoy pulled over Jandry Carrionsanchez on New Hampshire Avenue for a traffic violation. Lakewood Dispatch confirmed an active warrant for Carrionsanchez, who was subsequently arrested.
Officers Alex Guzman Sr., Mark Gibson, and Bryan Rodriguez assisted in the investigation.
WANTED
November 11, 2023, at 8 a.m., Officer William Bowers conducted a motor vehicle stop on Avenue of the States. Florencio Cuate-Gonzalez, 48, from Lakewood, N.J., was the driver. Lakewood Dispatch confirmed the warrant and Bower was subsequently arrested with the following summonses: Driving while suspended, failure to poss. driver’s insurance card, and unregistered vehicle.

November 11, 2023, at 7 a.m., Officer Christopher Garretson responded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of Lanes Mill Rd. Caleb Applewhaite, 38, from Marietta Georgia was arrested and charged with DWI.
Officer Taron Townsend, Deon Smith, Amanda Esmart, and Nicholas Cusanelli assisted in the investigation.
