June 24, 2024, The Street Crimes Unit was in the area of River Avenue and observed a CDS hand-to-hand transaction. They witnessed a male later identified as Jose Jarquin-Hernandez, 30, from Lakewood, N.J., entering a vehicle. The SCU conducted further investigation and subsequently arrested Jarquin-Hernandez for drug-related offenses.

June 15, 2024, Officers Corey Maliff and Amanda Esmart patrolled Clifton Avenue and observed Lisa Dulany, 44, from Lakewood N.J. from previous encounters. Dispatch confirmed an active warrant for theft. Dulany was arrested brought into headquarters for processing and transported to OCJ.
