January 10, 2025, Officer Nicholas Florio responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hillside Boulevard. Luis Arcerosales, 50, of Jackson, N.J., was arrested for DWI and charged with related offenses.

Officers Joseph Dellavella, Matthew McAvoy, and Freddie Torres assisted in the investigation.

January 10, 2025, Officer Frank Cristiano responded to Best Liquors for a motor vehicle crash report. Hernandez Salvador, 29, of Lakewood, N.J. was arrested for DWI and charged with related offenses.

Sergeant Sherry Jones, Officers Caleb Alvarado, and Jacob Matthews assisted in the investigation.

DWI
January 11, 2025, Officer Leonardo Shimonovich responded to a report at BMG, on 10th Street and Clifton Avenue. Upon arrival, he spoke with the security guard from IronRock Security, who reported a suspicious vehicle parked on a side road near the intersection of 10th Street. The vehicle had two occupants. Following an investigation, Juan Domingo-Perez, 25, of Lakewood, N.J., was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and charged with related offenses.

Sergeant Sherry Jones, and Officers Nicholas Meyer, Alexander Lopez, and Julian Guzman assisted in the investigation.

WANTED PERSON
January 11, 2025, Officer Matthew McAvoy was conducting a routine area check of 2nd St., when he observed Isai Aguilar-Romero, 34, of Lakewood, N.J. Upon confirming through dispatch that Isai had multiple active warrants, he was subsequently arrested.

Officer Derek McAvoy assisted in the investigation.

DRUGS
January 11, 2025, Several officers responded to a disturbance report at QuickChek on Cedarbridge Avenue involving a group inside the store. Upon arrival, the clerk reported that the group of males had been throwing items and using profanity. Officers obtained a description of the individuals and located one of them, identified as Juanay Singletary, 26, of Lakewood, N.J., in the parking lot. A check with dispatch revealed that Singletary had an active warrant, leading to his arrest. During the investigation, drugs were observed in plain view on the vehicle’s floorboard. Singletary was subsequently charged with possession.

Officers Corey Maliff, Sean Capper, Richard Uriarte, Nicholas Meyer, and Brandon Giuliano assisted in the investigation.
