August 28, 2023, At 12 a.m., Officer Adam Bylsma responded to a disabled vehicle in the roadway of S. Clover Street called into dispatch by LCSW. Marco Hernandez-Morales, 31, from Lakewood NJ was arrested and charged with DWI.
