Each year, the Lakewood Police Department selects numerous families to receive assistance during the holiday season. If your family is in need this year, please complete our application.
Eligibility Requirements:
– Must be a Lakewood resident
– Child(ren) must be enrolled in school
– An application must be completed for each child
Important Dates:
– Applications are due by November 15th
– Selected recipients will be notified via text/email by December 5th
