While conducting a routine check of Second Street, Officer Jason Yahr reported that he was getting out with a group that had congregated near a local liquor store. During the encounter, it was discovered that one of the parties, 29 year old, Sergio Rendon Zarate of Lakewood, had an outstanding $2,500 criminal warrant. Mr. Zarate was arrested without incident and transported to the police station for processing.
