Over the course of two days, about 400 athletes and Unified partners from around New Jersey participated in an amazing event. Officer Eric Micallef, who takes much pride in providing any assistance possible, helped to organize the event which was held at Mountain Creek, the National Winter Activity Center in Vernon, and Skylands Ice World in Stockholm. The athletes competed in various winter sports such as alpine and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and speed skating, all vying for medals. #specialolympics
